1. Entertainment Disclaimer

Synthesis Astrology provides birth chart calculations and AI-generated readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other field.

Astrology is a symbolic system of interpretation. The accuracy and relevance of any reading depends on many factors and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

2. AI-Generated Content

Our readings are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy in astrological calculations, the interpretations are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or generalizations. No AI reading can fully capture the complexity of an individual.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of chart calculations. Additional charts require a purchase or subscription.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a reading or subscription, you agree to the following:

• Synthesis Circle: a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, or annually at the annual price. It automatically renews until you cancel. It unlocks 16 structured behavioral modules per chart, unlimited chart generations, and unlimited chart chat (synastry readings are a separate one-time purchase). You can cancel anytime from your account or billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Pricing may change; any increase will be communicated before it takes effect.

One-time readings (currently $28) are digital goods that are generated and delivered immediately after payment. They are therefore generally non-refundable once delivered, except where a technical problem prevents delivery or where a refund is required by law — contact us and we will make it right. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases; however, by asking us to generate your reading immediately you acknowledge that performance begins right away and that the right of withdrawal is lost once the reading has been delivered. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights, which remain fully preserved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Synthesis Astrology — including design, code, blog articles, and the Synthesis brand — is our intellectual property. Your generated readings are yours to keep and share.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate charts.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated readings without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synthesis Astrology is provided "as is," and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English on an individual basis and not as a class action. You may instead bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. US residents may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing synthesisastrology@outlook.com. None of the above applies to consumers resident in the EEA or the UK: if you are such a consumer, the choice of Massachusetts law, the arbitration agreement, and the class-action waiver do not apply to you, and you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence under its mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect; if the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the arbitration provisions will not apply to that dispute. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive. 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice — normally at least 14 days by email or through the service — before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
