1. Entertainment Disclaimer

Synthesis Astrology provides birth chart calculations and AI-generated readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other field.

Astrology is a symbolic system of interpretation. The accuracy and relevance of any reading depends on many factors and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

2. AI-Generated Content

Our readings are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy in astrological calculations, the interpretations are AI-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or generalizations. No AI reading can fully capture the complexity of an individual.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of chart calculations. Additional charts require a purchase or subscription.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a reading or subscription, you agree to the following:

• Full Readings ($28.88): one-time purchase, non-refundable once the reading has been generated and delivered. You may optionally add a 7-day free Pro trial at checkout, which auto-renews at the current monthly rate unless cancelled.
• Pro Subscription: billed monthly at the current rate displayed on our pricing page. Cancel anytime. You retain access until the end of your billing period. Pricing may change; any increase will be communicated before your next billing cycle.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of a paid reading, contact us for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Synthesis Astrology — including design, code, blog articles, and the Synthesis brand — is our intellectual property. Your generated readings are yours to keep and share.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate charts.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated readings without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Synthesis Astrology is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on chart readings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Synthesis Astrology shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts, and the language shall be English. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
